Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following steps:

We will review the notice to confirm that all required information has been provided.

If the notice is complete and valid, we will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as reasonably possible.

We will notify the person who posted the content that a takedown notice has been received and that the content has been removed or restricted, if applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on Shoe Pulse was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

Your full name, mailing address, and email address.

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
